We are pleased to answer any questions you may have
concerning your bill. While dental benefits vary among the many employer benefit plans, we are often able to help you understand your individual coverage.

Our patients will be required to provide us with a signed
copy of our Payment Policy prior to their procedure. This is to ensure that you have read and understand our policy. For your convenience, a copy of this policy can be viewed and printed from within our "New Patient Forms" area. If you are unable to print a copy here, you will be provided with a copy on the day of your appointment.

For your convenience, we have placed our new
patient forms online. Please take the time to fill out all relevant forms prior to arriving for your first appointment. This will not only save time, but it should make your first visit more relaxed and stress-free.

New Patient Package

At Old South Dental, we are
able to offer you CareCredit, which can provide you with no interest financing for our dental services.

Through the CareCredit option, you can take up to 12 months to make no interest payments for your procedure. If you require more than 12 months, there is an extended plan with a low, fixed interest rate. With the extended payment option, you can take up to 60 months (5 years) to pay for your procedure.

You can apply at our office or for you convenience, we have provided a link directly to CareCredit. If you apply online, you will be informed if you are approved within seconds. You can continue to use your CareCredit financing, again and again, with no need to reapply.
